 If you would like a refund for a session, session package or group booking, please contact us

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, we require an email confirmation as receipt or proof of purchase.

Any refunds granted will be minus the payment method (Stripe or Paypal) transaction fees.

Re-scheduling Sessions

You are able to re-schedule any of the sessions you can not make for what ever reason up to 2 hours before the session commences.

To re-schedule please access your session info via the session confirmation email. This email has a Rescheduling button.

Please note you can reschedule sessions up to 2 hours before the session is due to take place, after this it is counted as a session appearance and you can not reschedule. Please contact us if there are extraordinary circumstances why you can not reschedule before the 2 hour limit.

Session Minimums

If a session does not meet the minimum of 3 participants required for it to go ahead, the session will be re-scheduled to another scheduled date that works for you. If you can not make another date please discuss with the facilitator a possible refund.

Facilitator unavailability

If a Messy Glow Co. facilitator can not make a session for any reason all participants will be asked if they would like to reschedule the session or if they would like a refund for that session.

Gift Certificates

Any sessions that are refunded that have been booked using a gift certificate code will be refunded back on to the gift certificate.

10 Person Birthday Parties / Group Bookings

A cancellation fee of $150 will be held from any 10 person birthday party or group bookings. These bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 5 days before the date of the booking, after this bookings can not be rescheduled or cancelled.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* If you accessed some sessions of a 5 or 10 session package but due to illness/ unforeseen circumstances you were not able to continue with the following sessions. In this case you would be refunded for the future sessions you are not able to attend.

No Refunds

There are certain situations where no refunds will granted: (if applicable)

*If you do not attend a session for our casual sessions and did not cancel your session 48 hours prior

*If you turn up late to any of our sessions

*If you attended a Messy Glow Co. session in part or in it’s entirety

Refunds Granted

If agreed to, we will notify you of your refund via email.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
